Make sure that you are entering the Serial Number Name from the email as well as the Serial Number. Another option is to copy the Fetch 4.0 Folder from the first computer to the others.

I have purchased 20 user license and I have installed it on one computer and I am trying to install it on the others now and I cannot get it to accept the registration name and password and I am coping and pasting from your original e-mail.
