I would suggest quitting Fetch and deleting the "Fetch Shortcuts" file in the Library/Preferences folder in your home directory. Can Fetch remember shortcuts after that?
Thanks,

Thanks Jim. Took me awhile to figure out where the prefs were stored in OS X, but I did it and it's fine now.

Using v4.0.3
applicatiion quits, and Shortcuts are lost.
Is there any way to retrieve them? -

Do you have a backup of the Fetch Shortcuts file (from the Preferences folder in the Library folder of your home folder)? That's where the shortcuts are stored.
Thanks,

I have been doing a clean install of mac OS 10.2 on a blue/white G3/400 Yosemite and the application has been flawless until yesterday when it refused to remember shortcuts. I can still manually enter a shortcut and it works just fine, it just won't rember a shortcut list after creating one and saving it, then quitting the application and starting it again. I'm wondering if there are known software conflicts that might be the problem, like maybe with Font Reserve 3.1.1?
Thanks.
