  We are having a problem with our Fetch not finding all files on our Quantel gear. Any suggestions? We have tried to refresh to no avail. We are showing 2800iles and only seeing 20 of them.

  Quantel servers seem to require special commands. Try choosing Go > Go to Folder... and entering

  /max=9999

  Does that show you all the files?
