Fetch 5.7 crashing constantly on 17" MacBook Pro Unibody, OS X 10.6.8 (2 posts)

  I've been a long time user of Fetch, and love the program, however, lately (after upgrading to 5.7) Fetch has been crashing consistently whenever I download files larger than 100mb or so. It's very frustrating! I've sent several reports (when it crashes, it gives the option to send a report...), but just dont know what else to do. None of my other programs ever crash.. only Fetch...

  More details: I am a web developer and am needing to migrate a company website (17Gb of data) from one web-host to another. At this rate, it will take me approximately a million years to finish downloading all 17Gb... Not looking forward to that...

  Curious if anyone else is experiencing this and if there is a fix for it?

  My system details:
  2010 17" MacBook Pro Unibody 2.8Ghz Core 2 Duo, 8 GB DDR3 ram.
