  We're having some issues here with people trying to stream Netflix and play computer games while I need to upload a lot of big files. Is there a way to throttle the upload speed so that I'm not maxing out our bandwidth and making my housemates games and movies unplayable?

  No, we're sorry, Fetch does not have currently have the ability to throttle its upload speed.
