Fetch and Diva LAN ISDN Modem (2 posts)

    I currently am working from home and have to upload files throughout the day to the server in our office located about 60 miles away. When I was using a dial-up connection there were no problems. Now, however, since getting the Diva LAN ISDN modem made by Eicon, my connections only stay active for about 1 minute.

    Does anyone know what may be causing this drop in connection? Is there a setting in Fetch or should I be looking at the modem?

    It might be useful to look at the contents of the Fetch Transcript window. You'd also want to check the "Keep connections active" box in Preferences.
