My Fetch (5) is set up to open the incoming folder on my FTP Site. With no changes on my part, I get the following message: Fetch could not open the folder "/ftp/incoming" because the FTP server says that the requested item was not a folder or could not be accessed

    Hi,

We'd like some more information to help diagnose the problem.

After you try to connect and you get the error message, could you please choose Fetch Transcript from the Window menu, copy the entire contents of the transcript window, and paste them here? We'll take a look and try to figure out what's going on.

    Thanks,

    Scott McGuire

    Hi,

Thanks for the transcript. What happens if you tell Fetch to connect to just the folder "/ftp" instead? Do you see an "incoming" folder inside the "ftp" folder? And if you do, what happens if you double-click on it?

    Thanks,

    Scott McGuire
