  How do you get a ftp.domain.com thing? I have www.zaround.net for my domain.

  Hi,

  Your domain may already be accessible by FTP; you do not usually need "ftp" in the domain name to access it by FTP. You should talk to your hosting provider to find out what hostname you should enter to connect to your site by FTP.

  If you actually want an address that includes ftp.domain.com, the folks who sold you your domain name, or your service provider, might be able to give you one if you ask - there's no real difference between "www.domain.com" and "ftp.domain.com", they just hand out www because that's what most people want.
