Hi,
The website still appears, so the files must be on the server somewhere. Have you tried refreshing the file list (choose Refresh from the View menu)?
Thanks,
Jim Matthews

Refreshed many times, also tried toggling PASV, no luck.
Thanks.

Hi,
Perhaps the web host reconfigured the server, and your website files are stored in a different folder now. I would contact the web host to get their take.
Thanks,

If that is the case, how come RapidWeaver can upload files OK?
I have contacted Virgin, but they are notorious (unlike your very prompt replies) for their poor support.
Thanks.

I would double-check that Fetch and RapidWeaver are connecting to the same server, with the same username, and using the same protocol (e.g. FTP or SFTP), and viewing the same folder on the server.
Thanks,

RapidWeaver works OK and uses the same login details.
Fetch connects, but there is nothing there.
I uploaded a new folder called Tseting (sic), but that just disappeared when I tried to open it.
Again it is on the server as I can see it on WebView, but this just shows me the website, not the actual files.
Tried again and got the spelling correct.
Please see website of Fetch screenshots

Hi,
That's very odd. Could you try uploading another test folder, and opening it, and then choose "Fetch Transcript" from the Window menu and send me the contents (either here or at http://fetchsoftworks.com/fetch/feedback)?
Thanks,
Jim Matthews

I have a website at http://freespace.virgin.net/keepers.barn/ParishMag/index.html
I use RapidWeaver to upload pages to the site.
Occasionally I use Fetch to keep a track on the size of the website and to delete old files.
Today Fetch connected but no files appeared. It is as if there are no files on the server.
But the website exists and I upload new pages every day.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks.
