I have 2 mac's, a laptop and a mini. I've downloaded the same install file. I've setup security no firewall, etc. The laptop has never had a problem downloading or uploading files, the mini has never connected usually with the above error message. I've included the transcript, what is wrong.

    Hi,

Thanks for posting a transcript. Are the laptop and the mini connected to the Internet in the same way (e.g. via the same wireless network)?

    Thanks,

    Jim Matthews
