Fetch Doesn't Allow FTP account name with the Character "@" (2 posts)

I am running Fetch 5.8.2 under macOS 11.6.8. My websites are hosted by stablepoint.com (formally hostica.com). They require the FTP account name to be in the format username@domain.com. If I enter my FTP account name with the "@" character in the hostname field, the "OK" button is greyed out.

How may I use Fetch to access my websites when the hostname contains the "@" character?

    Hi,

I haven't been able to reproduce this problem. Could you contact me at bugs@fetchsoftworks.com and include a screenshot of the new connection dialog with the greyed out OK button?

    Thanks,

    Jim Matthews
