    having recently downloaded a demo version on my G4, I tried many time without success to log on to my printers ftp site, all details were correct (host, password etc) but I continually get an error alert: The server has dropped the connection (it may be busy)........ I know from talking to the intended recipient that it isn't busy.......... any suggestions?

    Could you post the contents of the Fetch Transcript window after you see the error?
