    i am having trouble with installing this on my mac. i'm not very puter-savvy. please help!

    Have you downloaded Fetch to your computer? If so, what is the name of the file or folder that you have on your computer?

    Also, do you know if you're running Mac OS X or some other version of Mac OS?
