Fetch Freezing During Transfer (4 posts)

  In the middle of file transfers it just gets stuck -- not moving. We have to quit Fetch. Log back in, delete file, try the transfer all over. Sometimes it takes 2, 3, 4 times before we get the file transfer "complete" message. Is anyone else having this problem and what is the answer.

  Hi,

  Usually these sorts of problems are caused by server issues, or problems with your network equipment. We probably have some suggestions to help, but we'd like some more information.

  Are you having these problems on upload or download?

  Are you transferring a single large file at a time, or a bunch of files?

  We have been doing the same type of transfers for years. This problem just started a few months ago. We transfer a folder with photo images so clients can view their pics. Right in the middle of the transfer it gets stuck. I am directly connected, not wireless.
