Hi,
Are you still experiencing a problem? Please let us know, and if you are, we'll try to help out.
I noticed that you contacted our regular support email address, but I don't see a confirmation from you that your problem was resolved there.
Thanks,
Scott McGuire

Hi Scott.
The problem did persist and I had to contact Host Gator to get the person to help upload the file for me. Strangest thing I have ever seen.

Best,
Scott McGuire
