Hi,
Here's what I'd do to clean things up:
1) Quit any copies of Fetch that are open. You can do that by right-clicking on the icon in the Dock and choosing "Quit" (if there isn't a Quit item in the menu that appears, that copy of Fetch is not open).
2) Remove all the Fetch icons you see in the Dock by clicking on them and dragging them out
3) In the Finder, look for disks named "Fetch Installer" in the sidebar of each window. Click the eject symbol to the right of the disk name to eject thoseNow you should be able to open Fetch by choosing Applications from the Go menu in the Finder, and opening the Fetch icon. Let me know if that doesn't work.
Thanks,
Jim Matthews

The icon can not be deleted ["the disk fetch installer could not be deleted because fetch is using it!"]
Further I now have several fetch icons in my dock. The last copy may have been updated, but I am not sure.
The download occurs directly to the applications folders.
Help please.
