Hi April,
It's most likely something to do with the permissions the other files have on the server - the server is set up so that you have permission to download your own files, but not ones uploaded by other people. You would need to contact the people who run the server to get that problem fixed.
However, if you could do the following, we can try to say for sure if that it is the problem or not.
* Quit Fetch, if it's running.
* Open Fetch again.
* Connect to your server.
* Try downloading one of the files you have problems downloading again.
* After you receive the error, go to the Window menu, and choose Fetch Transcript.
* Copy the entire contents of the transcript window, and paste them into a reply to this message.Thanks,

It never gives me an error message. The dog keeps running, and the bottom left circle keeps spinning. The download never starts. It says Getting salad-tw.zip (my file) and 0 bytes of 525.8 MB at the bottom.

Hi April,
Thanks for the transcript.
I see that you're using a slightly out of date copy of Fetch; could you please download Fetch 5.6 and give it a try and see if that fixes your problem?

I can upload my files just fine, but for some reason I can not download them from the same ftp. However, I can download my own files I just downloaded, but not any others. What is the problem? Is this download issue my problem or the ftp server's problem?
