Fetch needs a Dark Theme (2 posts)

I know it seems like a trite request, but I NEED a dark theme. Fetch has worked fine for me for going on a decade. I have no complaints about the functionality.

But when (humble brag) I've got my desktop spread across 3 x 27" monitors, and I've got dozens of open windows, and all of them have dark theme except Fetch... it's just makes Fetch seem out of place.

As a Windows, Mac and Web developer of 15 years, it seems like all you've have to do is flip flop the colors of your background and text. The icons could just stay whatever shade the OS presents them in... Should be pretty rudimentary for the Mac App in either objective-c or Swift, and even proper integration with Mohave's Light/Dark theme is rudimentary as well.

I realize your development team is likely, and rightfully, more concerned with functionality, but I beg you, please try to prioritize a dark theme. I'm on a trial of Transit right now, and am definitely thinking of dropping the $45 bucks to fix this issue if I don't get a patch from Fetch soon.

    Thanks!

    Hi,

Thanks for the feedback. Hopefully the forthcoming Fetch 5.8 will work better in Dark Mode than Fetch 5.7.7, but I can't say when 5.8 will be available. If you want to beta test 5.8 you can sign up at:
