One possibility is that the files have a resource fork (on the Mac) which Fetch is not uploading. You can use a program like Super Get Info to check the data fork size of a Mac file (the data fork is the part that Fetch will send).
If that isn't it I would check to make sure that you aren't transfering the file in Text format (i.e. set the Format to Binary (Raw Data) before uploading). Transferring a binary file (like an audio file) in Text format will corrupt it, and may slightly change its size.

Hi
I'm uploading some large (150mb audio files, and am finding that the difference between the filesize mac osx 104 reports and the filesize fetch reports are different by the order of a few hundred bytes.... These are final masters (96khz/24 bit) for duplication so I'm a bit concerned - can anyone explain???
