Hi,
We're sorry you're having problems with Fetch. We'd like some more information to help solve the problem.
What version of Fetch are you using?
And how do you connect after you've turned "Show New connection dialog at startup" off?
Thanks,
Scott McGuire

Hi,
Thanks for the additional information.
Could you please turn the preference back on, choose the shortcut from the Shortcut menu, and when it crashes, email us your Fetch.crash.log so we can try to figure out why it's crashing?
To find the Fetch.crash.log file:
* Choose "Home" from the Go menu in the Finder
* Open the Library folder
* Open the Logs folder
* Open the CrashReporter folderSet the Fetch.crash.log file, along with a short description of the problem, to:
bugs at fetchsoftworks dot com
We'll take a look and see if we can figure out what the problem is.
Thanks,
Scott McGuire

Thanks, we'll take a look at it.

When I start Fetch with "New Connection" dialog,
and chose remotehost in Shortcut menu,
the Fetch many often crash.
I try to remove the files
-"Fetch Prefs",
-"Fetch Cache",
-"Fetch Shortcuts",
-"com.fetchsoftworks.Fetch.plist"
in Library/Preferences folder.
But this doesn't fix the problem.
Then
I checked off "Show New Connection dialog at startup" check box
in the General Preferences pane,
then the Fetch has never crash.
Why?
