FETCH Quits when I try to connect to server (2 posts)

  I am using 10.4 Tiger, when I try to connect to ftp site, the application quits.

  Hi Steven,

  We're sorry for the inconvenience. When did you start seeing the problem - after you upgraded to Mac OS X 10.4, after you upgraded to Fetch 5.0.4, or you've been using both and just started having the problem today?

  Are you having a problem with a specific site, or all sites?

  You may want to try installing the latest version of StuffIt Expander, which you can download for free from http://www.stuffit.com/mac/expander/ .

  If that does not fix the problem, could you mail your Fetch.crash.log to bugs at fetchsoftworks dot com?

  To find the Fetch.crash.log file:

  * Choose "Home" from the Go menu in the Finder
  * Open the Library folder
  * Open the Logs folder
  * Open the CrashReporter folder
