Hi,
Just to clarify, you're uploading to your web hosting company's server. Fetch is the application doing the uploading, but we don't run web servers for customers.
Have you tried viewing the page from a different browser? If the new page appears in a different browser that would suggest that your regular browser is displaying an old cached copy.
If you see the old page no matter what browser you use I'd double-check that you are uploading the new index.html to the correct folder on the server.
Thanks,
Jim Matthews

I have tried both of those things and my website is still not displaying my updated index.html page. Do you have any other suggestions?

My next suggestion would be to send me the URL of your website, along with the contents of the Fetch Transcript window after you upload index.html. You can do that here, or at http://fetchsoftworks.com/fetch/feedback . I'll see if there's anything I can figure out from that information.
Thanks,
Jim Matthews

I have re-uploaded my index.html onto Fetch's server and it tells "Transfer of index.html complete." however when I type in my url to make sure my websites updates are actually there, it shows me my old website without my updates. How do I fix this?
