fetch slows down and stops (2 posts)

    Why do some pdf files slow down and stop uploading? We have a customer who supplies pages as pdfs. Some pages just slow down and stop, always at the same byte count but different counts for each page. We downloaded a good version supplied to another site and this file did exactly the same when we tried to upload. Why are we getting this fault and our other site not? Please help.

    So the customer can upload PDFs to other sites, but not to yours? Can your customer send you the contents of the Fetch Transcript window after a failure, so you can post it? It may contain clues to the problem.
