Fetch software won't work with my iPhone X. (2 posts)

  Hello,
  I have been using Fetch for my iphone backups for a few years now and it was working fine. I bought an iPhone X, but it won't work unless I download a newer version of Fetch Software. However, the new software is not compatible with my Apple iMac that is running iOS El Capitan. I cannot upgrade my iMac IOS any higher because all my connected (thousands of dollars) Matrox video production equipment will stop working, since Matrox stopped making drivers for my video production equipment.

  So, how can I get Fetch Software to start backing up my iPhone X please? It's been a great product until I ran into this issue.

  Hi,

  I think you may be talking about a different Fetch. This site is for the FTP/SFTP file transfer client; it isn't an iPhone backup tool.
