  How come, when I start Fetch, it has a link for ftp.fetchsoftworks.com...can u make an account, and upload files on their website?

  That built-in shortcut is just an example, and something we use in our tutorials. You can't create an account on ftp.fetchsoftworks.com. You can upload files in the incoming folder, but no one can see them -- that's just for practice and testing.

  To actually upload a website you need to get space from a web hosting company.
