Are you connected to the Internet any other way (besides being dialed into AOL)?
Thanks,

I am connected through a cable modem, not dial up.

I would recommend reading the instructions at http://members.aol.com/ftpmaster/external_applications.htm I'm not sure that you can use the members.aol.com FTP space without being dialed into AOL.
Thanks,
Jim Matthews

I always worked with Fetch 3.0.3 and Mac OS 9.1.

You were connected to the cable modem in the same way on OS 9.1? Have you tried running Fetch 3.0.3 in Classic on OS X, to see if that works?
Thanks,
Jim Matthews

I've been using Fetch 3.0.3 with AOL on Mac OS 9.1 for a awhile. I've just tried Fetch 4.0.2 with AOL for Mac OS X on Mac OS X 10.2 and now I can only log in as a guest. I can't upload or delete files from my AOL site. Of course, AOL says it is a Fetch problem.
