Fetch won’t connect to my phone wifi hotspot (2 posts)

  When I try to use the wifi hotspot on my phone it comes up “not connected “ and says it is an error is I don’t have a internet connection so I thought I cold use my phone it says signal is excellent so I don’t know why it won’t work

  Hi,

  Could you choose "Fetch Transcript" from the Window menu after you get this error and post the contents of that window? I'll see what I can figure out. Also, what phone carrier do you use?
