    Hi,

    Please try the following to see if it fixes the problem:

    * Quit Fetch. (It is important to quit Fetch and open it again before trying this.)
    * Open Fetch again.
    * Go to the Fetch menu, and choose Preferences.
    * Make sure the "Use passive mode transfers" checkbox is checked.
    * Try connecting again.

    Let us know if that fixes the problem or not.

    Thanks,

    Scott McGuire

    It's my day... I thot I'd just uploaded dryskin.htm and each item inside the DRY SKIN Files folder separately, but maybe it's too soon to see them?

    Hi,

    Files should appear on your website as soon as you upload them. I would try emptying your browser's cache to make sure you aren't seeing out of date pages:

    * In Safari, go to the Safari menu, and choose Empty Cache.
    * Safari will ask you if you're sure. Click the Empty button.
    * Then go to your website address, and view the pages to see if they look okay.

    If that does not help, double-check the locations you uploaded the files to, you may have placed them in the incorrect folder.

    Thanks,
