Tried to upload Lightroom created web template. Upload started and then got an Er. Message that said the following:

Fetch could not put "Matt.jpg" because the connection timed out.
    Server responded: "Accepted data connection"
    What does this mean?
    What is my solution?
I got a similar message yesterdy. But the site appeared.
    Today it didn't appear.
    Thanks!

    Hi Matt,

When you say "today it didn't appear" do you mean the site you uploaded yesterday had disappeared this morning, even though you didn't upload anything new?

Or do you mean you tried uploading again, and you got the same error again?

    Thanks,

    Scott,

    Thanks for replying so quickly!
I needed to make some adjustments to the web site.
I decided to just delete all elements from the Web server.
I did this from Fetch. When I uploaded the files after making the adjustments, I received the "timed out" error message. I used an Adobe Lightroom template for the site. I then exported all the files to my desktop and then used Fetch to upload the files to the web server. I clicked on the public.html folder and then clicked "Put". A directory opened up and I selected the index.html file, the resource folder and the content folder and "put" them into the public.html folder. I did this both times and although my site appeared the first time, I did have a "timed out" error message.

    Thanks for the help!
    Matt

    Hi Matt,

    Thanks for the clarification.

We'd like to see a transcript of a failed attempt to upload.

After you try to upload and you receive the "timed out" error message, please choose Fetch Transcript from the Window menu, copy the entire contents of the transcript window, and sent it in an email to:

    bugs at fetchsoftworks dot com

We'll take a look and try to figure out what's going on.

    Thanks,

    Scott McGuire

    Hi Matt,

I wanted to follow up since I hadn't heard back from you - are you all set now?

We are working on fixes for the unexpected "timed out" messages that some users run into, so we'd like to hear from you and see if we can help fix the problem if possible.

    Thanks,

    Scott McGuire
