    Hi,

    Usually this sort of problem indicates that the files have not been uploaded to quite the correct location on the server, or are inside a folder they should not be.

    Which program are you using to create your website?

    Thanks,

    Scott McGuire

    Hi Danielle,

    Thanks for the additional information.

    Is the problem that the website is not showing up when you type the website's address in your web browser? Or is just that Fetch's WebView command to show the files in your web browser is not working correctly?

    Thanks,

    Scott McGuire

    Hi Danielle,

    We'd like some more information to help figure out what's going on.

    Could you tell us the address (URL) of your the website with the problem?

    And could you please do the following?

    * Quit Fetch, if it's running.
    * Open Fetch again.
    * Connect to your server.
    * Go the View menu, and choose Refresh.
    * Go to the Window menu, and choose Fetch Transcript.
    * Copy the entire contents of the transcript window, and paste them into a reply to this message.

    We'll take a look and see if we can figure out what's going on.

    Thanks,

    Scott McGuire

    Hi Danielle,

    The transcript shows that you are connecting to a server named "yogagarden.jp" - are you sure that's the hostname you want to use for uploading the files for www.chickswhoclickcolorado.com ?

    I would contact the hosting company and make sure that's the correct hostname to use for that website. And if it is, ask them to have a look and see if they can figure out what the problem might be; it looks like, except for the possible incorrect hostname, you have uploaded everything correctly and your webpage should be showing up.

    If you still have questions or problems after talking to them, let us know.

    Thanks,

    Scott McGuire

    I can also access the files on the fetch side using chickswhoclick.com as the host name.

    correction... the files should up when i use chickswhoclickcolorado.com as the host name

    Hi Danielle,

    In that case, I would suggest contacting the hosting company and having them look into why the webpage is not appearing. As far as I can tell, you and Fetch have done everything correctly; it looks like the server is doing something wrong.

    Let us know if you still have questions after talking to them.

    Thanks,

    Scott McGuire
