I keep attempting to put image files onto my file list, but when I go to view them online, the images are not there.

For example, I use the "put files" button and put the file "ambertable.jpg" within the directory "images" on my host "my-radiance.com". But when I go to http://www.my-radiance.com/images/ambertable.jpg, I get kicked back to my server's site, saying the file isn't there.

Then, when I return to Fetch & refresh the file list or delete the file "ambertable.jpg" I get the following message:

"Server file error: No such file"

I know I'm putting the files on correctly, as another file "gghiatus.jpg" is in the file list and shows up just fine on my site.

Any ideas as to why my files keep disappearing?

Could you gather some more information about this problem? Try uploading the ambertable.jpg file. Then choose "Refresh File List" from the Directories menu in Fetch. Then choose "Fetch Transcript" from the Window menu and post the contents here; I'll take a look and see what I can figure out.

    Thanks,

Also, when I chose Refreseh File List, the refreshed file list didn't include "ambertable.jpg"

I just resized the image and tried again, and now it's working. Could it just be a file size thing?

It could be that the file put you over your storage quota, and the server responded by silently deleting it. I haven't heard of servers doing that before (usually they don't let the upload succeed), but the fact that a smaller upload works suggests that something like that is happening.
