    I have been using Fetch version 3.0.3 for a long time on a daily basis to upload files to my server Network Solutions. Last Friday it would not upload any files - dog just kept running. Called Network Solutions - no problem with the server. Downloaded, paid for, and installed version 4.0.3 of Fetch. Still doesn't work. I have 2 websites and am experiencing the same problem with both. Both hosted with Network Solutions. Called them back this morning. Still no problem with server. I am using MAC OS 9. I will appreciate any suggestions at this point. Thank you, JudyAnn

    Hi JudyAnn,

    We're sorry to hear you're having problems.

    Try the following in Fetch:

    * Click Cancel in the New Connection dialog, if the New Connection dialog is showing.
    * Choose Preferences from the Fetch menu.
    * Click the Firewall tab.
    * Make sure the "Use passive mode transfers (PASV)" checkbox is checked.
    * Click OK.
    * Try uploading to the server again.

    Let us know if this fixes the problem or not.

    Thanks,

    Scott McGuire
