Find command no longer works with new update? (3 posts)

Just got the recent Fetch update and the Edit > Find command is greyed out and not accessible. This essentially makes the FTP application useless, as there are hundreds of folders. It's impossible to find things manually, any ideas about fixing this? Or is it a bug?

    I'm on MacOS Mojave V.10.14.6.

    Hi,

Fetch 5.8 does not have a find command for the file list. I hope to restore that feature in a future update. Since you are on 10.14 Mojave you can still have the option of using Fetch 5.7.7, which you can download from

    https://fetchsoftworks.com/fetch/download/Fetch_5.7.7.dmg

I should also mention that Fetch 5.8 does support type to select, i.e. type "ma" to be taken to the first name in the list beginning with "ma".

    Thanks,

I am running 10.13.6 (High Sierra) and just came across this as well and contacted you through your form. Looks like I will downgrade to 5.7.7.
