Hi Sergio,
It looks like you need to configure Fetch to use your network's proxy server. I would recommend asking the firewall administrator for help with this, as there are a number of different kinds of proxy servers. You'll want to go to the Proxy tab of Fetch's Preferences dialog and choose the right kind from the Proxy type pop-up menu.
Please let me know if you run into any problems.
Thanks,
Jim Matthews

Hi,
I am having trouble connecting to various FTP hosts from my work computer; only the 1 corporate server works, so i am assuming a firewall is blocking others? Also when I try checking for updates i get an error 407. Below is the FTP Transcript:
Connected to 208.113.195.20 port 21 (3/26/10 2:36:50 PM)
220 Check Point FireWall-1 Secure FTP server running on corp_hts_fw1_2
USER web1g4
331 password: you can use password@password
PASS
200 password: you can use 'quote password' or Account command ('ACCT')
SYST
500 'SYST': command not understood
PWD
421-Access denied - wrong user name or password
421 aborted:
I have tried a few various ftps and double checked all user names and passwords so I don't think that is it. Using Fetch 5.2 on Mac 10.5.
Thanks for any help!
