I have to go through a firewall at work and one of the settings is an account setting. For FTP Pro on the PC I have a host name (ip address), a user id (id@ftp.site.com FTP3), password, and account. I can't seem to find anywhere in the fetch connections to put this information and of course I can't connect. Any ideas?

    Thanks!

    Hi,

The place enter these settings in Fetch is the Proxy pane of the Preferences. You'll also have to choose the correct item from the "Proxy Type" menu; one of your IT folks at work should be able to tell you what the correct choice is.

    Thanks,
