  Hi,

  If you have forgotten your password or are unsure of what information to enter in Fetch, you should contact the folks who run the server you are trying to connect to (such as your hosting company, your system administrator, or the people you are working with) to get or verify the Hostname, Username, and Password you need to use to connect with Fetch.
