How do I get my password or reset my password -- I lost it.

    Hi,

To reset your password, contact the people who run the server you need to log into. Often that will be your web hosting provider.

    Thanks,

I was unable to restore my keychain data after disk drive failed, so need a new Fetch password. I do have a record of my license code, if needed.

    Hi Stephen,

As I wrote to the person above: To reset your password, contact the people who run the server you need to log into. Often that will be your web hosting provider.

    Thanks,

I appreciate your rapid response, but perhaps my question was not clear. I require a new password for the Fetch app itself, not for my hosting service, who have likely never even heard of Fetch! As a long-time user and strong advocate of Fetch, I find it curious that Fetch Softworks apparently lacks the kind of easily-found "forgot password" link that most other applications offer.

    Hi Stephen,

The Fetch application itself doesn't have a password, it just passes the password you enter to the server. So you'd want to ask your provider for the FTP login information for your account on their service -- that's the information you enter into Fetch.

    Thanks,
