Fetch is asking you what server account you want to connect to. You would typically get that information from the company that runs the server you want to connect to. If you were uploading a website it would be the information for your account with the web hosting company. If you were uploading files to a printing company it would be information about the printing company's server. And so on.

I'm would like a 15 day trail of fetch. I have downloaded Fetch 4.0.3 from your website but it is asking me for:
Host
UserID
Password
Can you please advise me.
