Free Trial Date Problems (2 posts)

    Hello,

    I just installed Fetch for the free trial...my computer's internal clock is correct, but Fetch tells me that my free trial expired in 1970 and I must register with a purchased serial number to use the software. What do I do to fix this? I'm not going to pay for the software until I have a chance to see if it serves my purposes and I like its features.

    The only solution that comes to mind is to leave that expiration message up overnight; eventually the "Next Time" button will become enabled, and you'll be able to proceed with the trial.

    The next release of Fetch will be smart enough to ignore nonsense expiration dates.
