  i have used fetch from the beginning - have a problem w. fetch 5.3 - will not access my ftp = now i cannot get fetch 4. to access it - help - i have several websites, one is www.dpw_archives.org and www.artnoir.com - however, i cannot get the ftp connection to open anything for upload, it seems like no webpages are there...

  Hi,

  It looks like there are problems with the servers that host those websites. You should contact your hosting providers (the folks who run and maintain the servers) and ask them look into the problems.

  This is completely a problem on the server end; unfortunately, there is nothing Fetch can do to help solve the problem.

  thanks - i am looking fora new server, but they just took a renewal fee...

  hi - i finally just got the server situation straight - but fetch still seems to have forgotten my host and login info...

  Hi,

  Do you mean you get an error when you try to connect to the server?

  Or that you do not know what to type in the hostname, username, and password fields?

  Or something else?

  i do not know what to type in - the host name and id and password that i have used in the past is not working...i tried to figure out how to establish a new connection, but no luck - doggie just runs and runs and runs

  Hi,

  Thanks for the clarification. You'll have to check back with the people who host the server - it sounds like they changed that information if the old username and password don't work.

  Only the people who run the server can tell you what the new username and password might be, so you should contact them and ask them to tell you what hostname, username, and password you should be using for FTP access.
