Try checking the "Use passive mode transfers (PASV)" box in the Firewall section of Preferences; does that work?

Just bought 4.03. I have been using 3.0 for several years.....
When I open Fetch, the status goes to Getting File List... but none of the files ever show up in the window. Little dog should be tired by now, it's been over an hour...
