    That's very strange. Could you try it with the command line ftp client built into OS X? To do that you would run Terminal and type the following:

    ftp anonymous@ftp.fetchsoftworks.com
    Password: fetch@
    debug
    dir

    Then you could copy the results and post them in your followup.
