I would suggest unchecking "Use Internet Config" in the General section of Preferences and checking "Use passive mode transfers (PASV)" in the Firewall section of Preferences. Does that help?
Thanks,

Every time I try to use Fetch, as I have (successfully) in the past with the trial version, I only get the running dog. There is no modem activity and no files will down load or upload. This is the case for every connection I have tried through many different sites.
Here is the connection log- which to be honest doesn't mean a whole lot to me. (Except for the "COMMAND NOT UNDERSTOOD" part)
