getting file list/fetch does not get file list (2 posts)

    my host said fetch does not get file list because it needs to be in passive mode. I do not know how to make fetch switch to passive mode

    Here are the steps:

    1) Choose "Preferences..." from the Customize menu in Fetch.

    2) Click on the "Firewall" tab in the Preferences window.

    3) Check the "Use passive mode transfers (PASV)" checkbox.

    4) Press the OK button.
