  Hello,

  I just signed up for a free trial of fetch and have been given no aid in how to start. Whenever I try to get started I am prompted for a hostname and username. I have no idea what this is because I never have registered, I just tried to do the trial run. What is my host and username? Where can I find/set that up? How can I use this site just so I can decide if my business wants to use it?
