  I have a graphics desigher with a brand new Mac machine that needs to use Fetch. I completed the online purchase two weeks ago and have nothing to show for it. No confirmation no serial number....nothing. I left a voicemail with support, I submitted a "Lost my serial number" form on the website. Still nothing.

  Ahhh..... could use a little help here !!!

  We've answered your inquiries, but apparently our email replies, and the original email receipt, were all caught in your spam filters. Could you check? The most recent message was sent to you yesterday, with a subject line of "Re: Lost Fetch serial number".

  Nothing in the SPAM filter from the original order date, but the message from yesterday "Re: Lost Fetch serial number was there. We're good to go now. Thanks
