I'd recommend submitting the contents of the Fetch Transcript window at http://fetchsoftworks.com/fetch/feedback -- that information should help us figure out what's going on.

Thanks for the reply Jim,
I was not familiar with Fetch Transcripts. Naturally when I went to try this morning Fetch was able to connect successfully. So all is fine and now I know about the Fetch Transcript window.

I'm trying to update a website for one of my clients. With just one client site I repeatedly get "Getting file list ..." without ever getting the "connected" indication. I have tried to copy files over (on this one client site) and all I see is the same "Getting file list"...
Fetch is working fine on the other sites (hosted by the same company"
