  Ok, so my lcd screen cracked on my laptop. Santa brought me a new one and I am in the process of reloading software on to my new machine..big problem...I purchased fetch as a download and now i need to deactivate it and transfer to this computer..ummm how do you do that?

  Hi,

  You don't need to worry about deactivating the old Fetch. If you know your Fetch serial number, just download a new copy of Fetch from our website and enter the previous serial number.

  If you do not remember your serial number, please contact:
