I am using fetch 4.0.1 and mac osx. I can upload or downlod anything but an mp3. The running dog runs forever.

Could you post the contents of the Fetch Transcript window after uploading an image file, and then an MP3? You can open that window by choosing "Fetch Transcript" from the Window menu.

    Thanks,

The server is saying that you do not have space to store the MP3 file. You could try deleting other files, or contact the service provider to see about increasing your disk quota.
