  Unfortunately, my hard drive crashed and I lost Fetch. Do I need to purchase it again, or can I just download the unrestricted version again? What information would I need to provide?

  Hi,

  If you can send a note requesting your serial number that includes your full name, the email address, and the postal address you used when you purchased Fetch (or your best recollection of the addresses you used) to:

  serial at fetchsoftworks dot com

  we will try to locate your serial number information and send it to you. Once you have the serial number information, you can download a new copy of Fetch and enter it in to remove the time limitation.
